Dear Patients,

The progress of world economic integration has opened many new opportunities and new policies to our national economy, which  includes socialization of medical care sectors and Van Hanh General Hospital has been established in this background.

Since the official foundation day of July 27, 2000, in the past 8 years, our Board of Directors has always determined that the existence and development of Van Hanh Hospital brand are just the harmony of the following interests:

- Patients’ interest
- Investors’ interests
- Employees’ interest.

Although building a brand of a hospital is the same as the fact that people build a house, it is started from the simplest and most ordinary things to the more complex ones. However, the foundation of sustainability doesn’t lie in the word of “brand” but comes from the fact that patients’ interests are put uppermost. And once it has the place in patients’ heart and mind, it becomes the most valuable capital which is never eliminated over time.

Beside that, BOD realizes that Van Hanh Hospital Company, Ltd. is a specific economic entity which is contributed by resources from investors and employees. Therefore, BOD always adjusts themselves at any time and at anywhere to minimize the contradiction of these interests both, and to make the most optimal conditions for the mutual combinations between investors’ and employees’ interests.

Finally, BOD expects that Vietnam Communist Party and Government will create a lot of favorable conditions for the policy on socialization of the activities in health care to reach ber development. Under present conditions together with efforts to better ourselves, we undertake that we will serve patients better and better.
